R M Harris Electrical Contractors

R M Harris Electrical Contractors takes on household electrical work, from a short diagnostic visit to a long list of lighting jobs in one house. A recent customer said Matt led multiple projects there: vent fan replacements, recessed lighting install and wiring, new light switches, indoor and outdoor light fixtures, converting lights to LED and a closet light install. Smaller calls get the same attention. A customer described a short diagnostic visit where they showed up in the middle of the window and left it clean, adding that Matt can really talk. A customer said an issue was fixed quickly and on time. A customer said Eddie was patient and thorough, and a customer called the prices fair and the service prompt. Price is where one recent job went sideways. That customer, who gave 3 stars, called the price for replacing a circuit breaker and ordering a new fan extremely high and said the head office never discussed pricing, while describing the technician as nice and good. The company's BBB grade is A+. A 2023 customer said Matthew installed a transfer switch at the home and ran a new line to the garage, and that a miscommunication about an electrical permit was sorted out by Rick at the office in a phone call. A 2023 customer said Mary took the calls, Eddie and Mike did the installing, and fine art gallery lighting was done in time.
