A recent customer says two technicians wore protective shoe covers, reviewed the carpets to be cleaned and adjusted the price when additional areas were added. Another describes old vinyl tile floors becoming clean and shiny. Google gives the business 4.9 stars from 223 ratings. Radiant is based in Framingham. The company identifies Sidney as its owner and says it was founded in 2012 after he gained cleaning-industry experience beginning in 1991. It advertises residential, commercial, janitorial, carpet, upholstery and hard-surface cleaning throughout Massachusetts, with listed service towns including Lowell, Concord, Sudbury, Medford and Arlington. Its BBB profile gives it an A+ grade and identifies it as accredited. A recent office customer describes attention to detail and quick responses to questions. A floor-cleaning customer says Sydney stayed in touch throughout the work. In a January 2026 Google review, a customer described carpet cleaning and ceramic tile steam cleaning, saying Sidney accommodated a change in appointment times. In a May 2025 review, another customer said Sidney quoted a job involving more than 100 chairs; work began a few days after acceptance, and the customer praised the thorough cleaning and progress updates. A May 2023 customer described cleaning a dried blood stain on basement stair carpeting. The reviewer said Sidney warned that it might reappear and returned the next day for a second treatment after they called. Commercial work also extends beyond routine office cleaning: in January 2024, an SG Torrice customer described warehouse floors, construction cleanup and restroom cleaning, saying Radiant helped across the company’s New England locations. Several complaints concern scheduling, price and handling possessions. An August 2026 reviewer says cleaners arrived at the wrong location, missed the appointment block and did not notify them; the customer reported being offered a $10 discount after three hours spent driving and waiting. A May 2026 customer praised the cleaning but objected to a charge of almost $300 for 450 square feet. In a July 2023 review, a customer described a scheduling mix-up and work that did not follow instructions, requiring a second day. They also alleged the cleaners discarded their child’s artwork, toys and other belongings without permission.
