A recent review describes a full home renovation — new hardwood in six bedrooms, re-staining the main living area, and interior painting throughout a house that had sat neglected for close to 20 years. DS Services undertook a major renovation project on our home. Our project involved new hardwood floors in 6 bedrooms, sanding and re-staining of our main living area and full interior painting of our home. Our newly purchased home had been neglected for close to 20 years and Wehlington and his team have made it beautiful. The project was completed on time and on budget. Wehlington is an excellent communicator and easy to deal with. I fully recommend them and will have them do more projects for us.
This was our third project with Welhington, and once again, he exceeded our expectations. The first two projects were smaller jobs, so when we decided to renovate our basement, we didn't hesitate to hire him again. From start to finish, he was very communicative and kept us updated throughout the entire project. His pricing was fair and transparent, and what we appreciated most was that there were no surprise charges at the end. The final cost was exactly what we agreed on, which is something we've unfortunately experienced with other contractors. He and his crew were always on time, showed up when they said they would, and worked incredibly hard every day. They were professional, reliable, and took pride in their work, which really showed in the finished basement. Finding a contractor you can trust isn't easy, and after working with him on three different projects, we can confidently say he's someone we highly recommend. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for future projects.

Welhington Da Silva and DS General Services do excellent work. They are now completely an extensive home renovation including three bathrooms for me. People comment that our new master bathroom is so beautiful that they want to copy ours. Welhington and his crew work very efficiently and his plumbing and electrical subs are excellent and come on a timely basis. They are very loyal to Welhington and give his jobs priority. We are very happy with the great improvements on our Wellesley home.
