In a February 2026 Google review, a customer whose generator had been running for more than 60 hours left a morning message; John called back quickly and Justin and Joe were there at 9am. A June 2026 reviewer wrote that John responded at 1 am during a lightning-storm outage and had Josh come in to troubleshoot. A January 2024 customer with a service contract said Joe was out within an hour after the 12/18 storm. In an October 2024 review, Josh diagnosed a two-year-old generator that would not start, researched the starter problem on his own time, and the company replaced the starter for free.
