What neighbors actually call it for is narrower. On Nextdoor in May, a Gloucester resident answering a senior who needed moving help pointed to the company for junk removal and hauling, and passed along the owner's name and number — Sean, at (978) 491-7334. Another neighbor in the same thread posted the company's number and website with nothing else attached. The site tells the company's story plainly, in the owner's own voice: started in 2024 as a landscaping venture between him and his friend Chris Dailey, who died in a car accident in 2025, and carried forward in his memory. Set against that, the same site advertises "5+ years experience" — a figure its own founding date doesn't support, and the first thing worth raising on a call. For a cleanout, a haul-away, or moving muscle on Cape Ann, this is a fair call to make, and the neighbors who named it did so unprompted. For the heavier items on that list — demolition, land clearing, HVAC installation — ask what a company this young has actually completed, who does the work rather than subcontracts it, and get the scope and price in writing before anyone starts.
