Ramos Masonry is a masonry company. Its website states a mission to provide masonry services, and it offers free estimates. The local news site newportthisweek.com has credited stone wall work to Ramos Masonry, and delgadostone.com lists Max from Ramos Masonry as a featured contractor. Its BBB page shows an A+ grade. A 2023 Google reviewer gave one star and described a patio job of $20,000 or more and said the company promised to replace faulty stone and never followed through. In that 2023 review, the customer said stains were treated with cleaner and a wire brush, which did more damage, and that the blue stone was destroyed. The same 2023 reviewer said the company would not return messages or calls and that the patio was a mess.
“The stone wall work was completed by Ramos Masonry.”
“Featured Contractor: Max from Ramos Masonry (RI)”
Terrible customer service. Promised to replace faulty stone and never followed through. Tried to remedy stains with cleaner and wire brush and did more damage. Blue stone is destroyed. Now will not return messages or calls. Patio is a mess. $20,000+ job and this is what you get with this company. Stay away. There are many masons that do the same work honestly.
