Ramos Masonry Services is Claudio Ramos's own operation out of Lynn — he's on every job himself, and 35 reviews spanning 2021 to 2025 tell close to the same story every time: quoted a price, showed up when he said he would, and left the site clean. Ramos says on its site it has worked the greater Boston area for more than 15 years, taking on driveways, patios, retaining walls, chimneys, and stonework north and west of the city — Arlington, Lexington, Medford, Woburn, Winchester and Saugus are among the towns it lists. The projects described range from a $1,000 flagstone reset to a $10,000, 75-foot retaining wall torn down and rebuilt — after which two neighbors hired Ramos within three days of watching the crew work. Multiple reviewers describe foundation repointing done inside and out and a stucco finish over a repaired foundation, cracked chimney mortar repaired and sealed, and a chimney's pulling-away top section rebuilt. One homeowner with a crumbling porch staircase says Claudio quoted both a like-for-like repair and a more durable granite-tread option and let them choose. Several reviews specifically mention him explaining the plan and price up front and coming in at or below competing quotes. Google shows 5.0★ from 25 ratings and Angi 5.0★ from 48, and the written record backs it up: no negative account turns up anywhere in the 35 reviews on file from 2021 through August 2025. There isn't a documented complaint to weigh against any of that. For masonry or foundation repointing work — walkways, retaining walls, chimneys, stonework — this reads as a call-Claudio-directly, one-crew operation with a genuinely clean multi-year record; the main planning point is booking around his schedule, since he's hands-on on every project himself.

Claudio repointed my foundation this week. It looks amazing. I highly recommend using Ramos Masonry.
Claudio's work was exceptional/his workers were too. Claudio was very patient with me and showed me exceptional kindness. One of the best companies I hired in 46 years.
I had called Ramos Masonary to see if we could get an estimate of work to be done on our stairs . Claudio said no problem and came by that day to assess . We got back to him a couple of days later to see if he could do the job, which he said of course , came by a couple of days later and did a great job ! Also called us to make sure that the job he had completed was all right ! Would call him again if I ever have another project! Thank You Claudio !
I had Claudio and his hard working crew install a new walkway at one of my properties. They did an awesome job and the quality of the craftsmanship was top notch.
Highly recommended! Claudio is as outstanding a mason as he is an upstanding person. He performed a foundation repair that went beyond what we initially thought. He took the job and stride and completed it in a timely and professional manner. Will absolutely have him back for any jobs I need it the future. Thank you very much, Claudio!
