Rapoza Landscape

Hand-carved retaining walls, granite walkways and dozens of new plantings were part of one homeowner’s completed Rapoza Landscape project in June 2026. The East Falmouth company handles landscape design, construction and ongoing maintenance across Cape Cod. It says Paul Rapoza founded the business in 1990, beginning as a one-man maintenance company, and identifies him as its president and founder. Its stated service area includes Falmouth, Woods Hole, East and West Falmouth, Pocasset and Sagamore Beach. That June 26 homeowner described an exposed-aggregate driveway and granite stairways as well as the walls, walkways, trees and perennials. They said Paul Rapoza and senior account manager Jade Arsenault were hands-on throughout the process. The crew arrived early, stayed late and left the property clean each day. A different customer, writing on June 13, described completing phase 1 of an extensive outdoor project involving numerous plantings and design-build work. After a year using Rapoza’s services, that customer praised the neat, respectful crew and project manager Jade for walking them through the work and being communicative and helpful. Another June customer described a complete front-landscape redesign and build, while a May customer praised the design and planting of three separate areas. Maintenance customers describe longer relationships. In April 2026, one homeowner who had used Rapoza for several years praised the detail of a spring cleanup. A May 2024 customer described more than a decade of work establishing and caring for trees, plants and flowers. In an April 2024 review, another customer credited the company with both asphalt and gravel driveways with stone edging. Lawn and irrigation work also have a completed example: an April 2024 customer described a new lawn, sprinkler system and patio stone work installed in fall 2023. The same customer said crews left the yard tidy each day and worked on consecutive days until completion. Winter service appears in a February 2025 account: after an initial plow made the driveway usable, a second crew returned without prompting and fully cleared the driveway and a path to the house. Google displays a 4.9-star average from 37 ratings; Houzz displays 4.8 from six. BBB gives Rapoza an A+ grade and identifies it as non-accredited.
