The Better Business Bureau grades the business A+, filed under the name Dantes Construction at the same Salem address with Raul Baez Jr. listed as manager. It is not a BBB accredited business — a separate fact from the grade — and the file was opened in 2017, which records when the bureau started the file, not when he started trading. What is missing is any customer voice at all: no reviews on any platform. For a whole-house project at this price point that is the gap to close yourself. Ask for addresses of the recent Marblehead jobs, speak to those owners, and confirm registration 173214 with the Office of Consumer Affairs before you sign.
