I could not be happier with the service from Ravenscrest, especially after a number of negative experiences with other service providers. Jeremy and his team were on time, respectful of my time and space, thorough in their process, and incredibly efficient. It is evident by their care that they take pride in a job well done, which is something I cannot say about a lot of contractors these days, unfortunately. Jeremy was easy to communicate with ahead of scheduling the service, prompt in his responses, and even paying his invoice was a breeze. And speaking of invoices, his rates are so reasonable (again, especially compared to other experiences I’ve had). Thank you Jeremy, Arthur and Smitty! You’ve helped to make my house feel like a home 💗
We've used Jeremy and his crew for a few jobs over the past year. He and his guys are knowledgable and have delivered quality work on each project. I trust their work, appreciate how knowledgable and friendly the whole crew has been and very much appreciate Jeremy's responsiveness.
Called ravencrest electric and they said they would contact me about looking at my request, and also said they would stop by. Neither of these two things happened.
Amazing service, willing to come out on a cold winter Sunday only to be stopped halfway here because power came back! Will use for all my needs for sure!!
Jeremy and his crew came through for us BIG TIME, with a time crunch and budget, and exceeded our expectations. Jeremy clearly communicated our options and they did things the right way to ensure everything was up to code. A quick turnaround, without cutting corners. These guys are the "above and beyond" company, yet reasonably priced. We won't use anyone else.
