A recent Google customer hired Mike Marciano and Ray's Carpentry for a full gut and rehab of a master bathroom: a reconfigured layout, relocated plumbing, a moved closet and a walk-in shower with a full bench and frameless glass. That customer said Mike and his crew handled the demo, framing, plumbing, heated floor and finish work, that Mike did all the tile himself, and that he also tore off the front deck and rebuilt it in Trex with new columns. The same customer said the crew was on site at 7am every day until the job was done, and that what he quoted is what they paid. A 2025 Google customer said Mike and Andy remodeled a bathroom, finishing on time and within budget. A 2025 Google customer said Mike and Andy installed a custom shower with a seat and a large nook, and wrote that Ray's Carpentry had redone almost their entire house over the past five years. A 2022 HomeAdvisor customer said the company removed the tile floor and cabinets in a kitchen and installed new ones, along with a new backsplash. In 2019, a HomeAdvisor customer said Ray fixed a significant leak and crack in a cellar wall, gave an itemized estimate and arrived on the day he said. A 2019 HomeAdvisor customer said they repaired cement block supports on a porch and raked the yard afterward. A 2019 HomeAdvisor customer gave half a star and wrote that Raymond was trying to take advantage of them. The company's HomeAdvisor and Angi pages each show 4.7 stars from 65 ratings.
We hired Mike Marciano and Ray's Carpentry for two projects and could not be happier with either one. The first was a full gut and rehab of our master bathroom. This was a genuinely complex job, not a cosmetic update. We reconfigured the entire layout within the existing footprint, which meant relocating plumbing, moving a closet, and building a massive walk-in shower with a full bench and frameless glass. Mike and his crew handled all of it: demo, framing, plumbing, heated floor, and every bit of the finish work. Mike did all the tile himself, both the shower and the floor, and it is truly flawless. The craftsmanship throughout is excellent and the room looks like something out of a magazine. He also tore off our front deck and rebuilt it in Trex along with new columns. Clean lines, solid build, and it completely changed the front of the house. A few things that made this the best contractor experience we have had: His crew was on site at 7am every single day until the job was done. They never vanished for days at a time or left us half finished while they chased another job. Mike is genuinely kind and easy to work with. He listened, answered every question, and never made us feel like we were bothering him. The pricing was very fair and there were zero discrepancies. What he quoted is what we paid. If you have a complicated project and you want someone who will actually show up, do it right, and deal with you honestly, call Mike. We will absolutely use Ray's Carpentry again.
Mike Marciano and his crew at Ray's Carpentry gutted and rebuilt our master bathroom and replaced our front deck and columns with Trex. Both came out perfectly. The bathroom was not a simple refresh. We reconfigured the whole layout inside the existing footprint, which meant relocating the plumbing, moving a closet, and building a massive walk-in shower. Mike did all the tile himself, the shower and the floor, and the work is flawless. Just as impressive was how he ran the job. His crew was on site at 7am every single day until the work was done. No stringing us along, no disappearing for a week to start someone else's project. Mike is genuinely kind and easy to deal with. The price was very fair and the final number was exactly what he quoted. Zero discrepancies, no surprise add-ons. We would hire Ray's Carpentry again without hesitation. Five stars.

I recently had my bathroom remodeled, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Mike and Andy did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were professional, respectful of my home, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Every detail was handled with care, from the tile work to the fixtures and the quality of craftsmanship truly exceeded my expectations. They finished on time, stayed within budget, and made the entire experience stress-free. My new bathroom looks absolutely beautiful, and I get compliments on it all the time. I highly recommend Ray's Carpentry and Home Improvement (Mike and Andy) to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy contractors!!!
Mike and Andy installed a customer shower for us and, wow, what a beautiful job! The design, with a seat and large nook, is perfect, exactly what we wanted!! And the tiling! You couldn't ask for a better job. And not only do they do top notch work, they are the kind of professionals you want working in your home. They dont leave you hanging, but come in every day until the job is done, and clean up at the end of each day, which is all rare for contractors today! They also have relationships with other workmen, like plumbers and electricians, who they bring in to do the additional work, who are also great. You don't have to worry about anything! Over the past 5 years, Rays Carpentry has redone almost our entire house and we couldn't be happier! You wont be sorry working with this team, definitely bring Mike in for an estimate and you'll see!
