In October 2026 a Google reviewer wrote that Ben maneuvered their new shed "through the lengthy and heavily wooded driveway and around a stone wall. Not a scratch!" — after the company had surveyed the lot and told them which tree limbs to remove. Exeter Shed Company sells and installs Amish-made sheds from Nooseneck Hill Road in Exeter, Rhode Island. The company says it was founded in 2024 on Bobby's 30-plus years in construction and Ben's 10-plus years in woodworking, and it lists free estimates. Its Rhode Island home improvement contractor registration, GC-52358, is active. In June 2026 a customer wrote that the team handled "old shed removal, excavation, leveling, and shed install," thanking Ben, Bobby and Peter for working in 92F heat, and quoted a three-week lead time for a custom order. In April 2026 Bob and Kathy McLaughlin of Coventry wrote that Ben and Pete placed and leveled their shed using wireless technology that was "fascinating to watch." In July 2026 another reviewer wrote that the crew got a shed up a steep yard into a very tight spot. A June 2025 buyer described the ground prep: about 3 inches of soil taken out and replaced with crushed stone, then leveled. In May 2025 a five-star reviewer who bought a 12x15 garage shed wrote that the sheds are Amish made and shipped in from PA, not to expect someone to be there all the time, that prices are posted inside each shed, and that the number "rings to the managers cell phone." In early May 2025 a one-star reviewer who arrived a few minutes before the posted closing time wrote that no one was on site to answer questions or give prices: "this is no way to run a business!" The company also sells wood pellets; a March 2025 customer wrote that it delivered pellets the same day, and December 2024 and January 2025 buyers praised the pellets' quality.

Great experience overall. I went through options online and spoke with Ben about some details. Next thing I know, the shed was delivered and installed with surgical precision. First thing my neighbor said to me after delivery, “that’s a really nice shed”.
The shed was built to our precise specifications. We love it; the neighbors love it. Prior to our placing the order, we had accepted their offer, to survey the lot. We were given precise instructions on which tree limbs to remove prior to its arrival. The installation was very entertaining as Ben maneuvered it through the lengthy and heavily wooded driveway and around a stone wall. Not a scratch! It was a pleasure doing business with these folks. Highly recommended.
The sheds here are top quality. Not the junk from home depot. Purchasing was super easy and fast. Shipping was right on time as scheduled, fast and clean. Ill be back for a chicken coop next year for sure too.
Shed came out great, exact to order! Even with terrible weather it was delivered on time and set in place. Thanks again for your business!
Great quality and fantastic service. Delivery was on point! Highly recommended.
