Its BBB profile says it provides custom woodwork, custom cabinets, custom trim and mold, and custom stair renovation. In a 2024 review, a customer wrote that Ray installed hardwood stair treads to the basement and covered an exposed foundation wall with beadboard; it took several days of measuring, cutting and fitting, and the result matched the hardwood flooring on the main floor. In a 2022 review, a customer who had Ray remodel their staircase wrote that the job was a little more complicated than at first glance, that Ray suggested a modification that made everything look better than their original thought, and that his pricing was very reasonable. In a 2011 review, a customer wrote that Ray installed their cabinets, leaving them perfectly aligned and ready for countertops. In a 2014 review, a customer wrote that their floors were a close match to their older flooring. In another 2019 review, a customer who paid $5055 for railings and stair treads wrote that Ray did a nice job but that they had to remove their own debris or be charged another $125, were charged another $30 for paint, and that oil from his van got on their new driveway; that customer also wrote the job took 2 weeks from the time he started. In a 2011 review, a customer wrote of an error they were charged extra to correct and a space between the floor and the hallway left unfinished.
