It is a small book. BuildZoom counts 23 permits in all and six in the past three years, with a typical job valued around $24,000. The most recent on file is a Brookline bathroom — new shower, tile, vanity and paint — completed in June 2025. Licensing needs attention before anything else. His Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #188164, is expired at the state registry, which names Raymond Burns as the holder of record. That registration is what covers nonstructural residential home improvement work in Massachusetts. No customer has posted a review, so there is nothing from past clients to weigh. For a mid-size kitchen or bath in the inner suburbs the permit trail is the useful part — ask for current registration status and a couple of recent addresses you can drive past.
