Marcelo and his entire team did an absolutely amazing job. I unexpectedly had a bathroom leak with sewage water that led to both my bathrooms at home needing mitigation services. I have never experienced a problem like this before and I had no idea what to do, Marcelo carefully walked me through the process, explained how my insurance company would handle it, and made sure I understood every step. What impressed me most was his attention to detail—he documented everything thoroughly, taking over 100 photos of the damage so I would have clear evidence for my insurance adjuster. His professionalism, speed, and clear communication made a very stressful situation much easier to handle. He is a true professional in his field! Reborn Recovery Services did an outstanding job. Our entire basement, garage, mudroom, and electrical room flooded with over 4 ft of water. They were responsive, quick, knowledgeable, competitively priced and very responsive They went above and beyond to get our basement dry, and remove damaged walls/floor as quick as possible to prevent mold issues. We will be using them for repairs and remodeling. I would recommend Reborn Recovery Services 1000% !
