I hired Red Rock to help me with some minor plumbing issues under my kitchen sink. Their plumber came and was professional throughout. I was a bit surprised by the final bill, but that's kind of what you get when you hire a plumber, haha. A few weeks later there was an issue with the plumbing work he had done. I sent them a picture of what had happened. Red Rock had him back over in less than two days, free of charge, to correct the issue. They also issued me a hefty refund along with an apology. I appreciated their responsiveness and professional response, especially when I wasn't particularly polite with my complaint when I reached back out to them about the issue.
Red Rock Mechanical has been a reliable service provider for us. They fixed issues other companies were unable to properly address and we trust the thorough, neat, and on-time service they provide.
I called and they were able to fit me in same day! Got my AC running perfectly now!
Unfortunately it's not possible to choose less than 1 star. I called at 5PM on Saturday for emergency A/C repair. We have an elderly person and a medically fragile child living in our home. We left a message with the answering service and received a return call around 7:30PM. The tech (either Tim or Jim) was very unprofessional and rude to my fiancée and shouted at him saying, "You're interrupting my dinner!" and then proceeded to hang up on my fiancée. I have a suggestion -- maybe don't advertise 24/7 emergency service if you don't actually offer that. Extremely disappointed.
Scheduling a visit was efficient. Communications with the office were clear, friendly, and responsive. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, thoughtful, attentive, and professional.
