The company's website describes installation, burner servicing and repairs for oil and propane heating and hot water equipment, and it says it has been in business 46 years. A 2024 customer said Garret had a crew at a construction site in one business day to inspect a customer-owned tank; the crew found a leak, and the customer said a replacement tank was brought back before the excavator left. I have really enjoyed working with Rowley’s. They are always promoting and accommodating.
Absolutely great service and pricing we couldn't be happier i highly recommend
This company is the absolute worst company when it comes to Customer Service. We ran out of propane last weekend and called their emergency number to have them come fill our tanks. While they did come within a few hours and fill our tank, we have a three month old baby and our house got down to 55°. I called the following Monday and asked to speak with somebody who could explain to me why we ran out of propane and how we could prevent it from happening again. The extremely rude lady who answered the phone question why I was calling and proceeded to ask “ Well, we got right out to you didn’t we?” she then told me that their management would reach out to me later that day. Needless to say I receive no call later that day, so I called back the next day. I was told the exact same thing. I waited two more days and called again and was told that management was out on service calls for the last week and had been unable to return my calls. This company SUCKS. Find someone else to deliver your fuel.
I had an issue with a leak in my propane tank. Customer Service & Management worked with me to get it taken care of and made sure I was satisficed with the solution.
Rowley Fuels has been our propane supplier for at least 10 years, we've been happy with their price, quality and service. Recently I needed a customer owned tank to be inspected at a construction site. Garret set up the appointment and had a crew at the location in one business day. The crew found a leak in the tank and explained the process for fixing the leak. Due to the cost, added time to get the parts and other factors too numerous to list. I asked if they could deliver an above ground 330 before the excavator that was on site left. The guys drove directly to the tank farm and brought a tank back, before the excavator left the job site. Once the tank was set, the lines were connected to the house and within an hour a delivery truck was filling the tank. A big thank you goes out to Garret, Ben, Bill and Dan for the great service!
