They reached out to me after I posted on Angi's list and said they can install turf for my backyard yard. I thought that was odd since they don'™t advertise it but he sounded like he knew what he was talked about. The project wasn't supposed to start until the weather was dry. They called and caught me off guard saying they needed to start the project asap but I was concerned because that was not what was discussed but I didn't want to seem difficult. They were supposed to dig 6 inches and then raise it the stone and said there was an Excavator there but you can still see the grass underneath the stone. They kept changed what was discussed so I had two other official turf companies come out and confirmed they did not know what they were doing and took complete advantage of me. I have them a 4000 deposit. Never signed a contract and they are refusing to refund me for the work that was not done.

I had many estimate and there were quite various, he was not lowest also not the highest. He spent limited amount of time in my basement at the start of the job. Tore more masonry off the wall then he told me the job would cost 10 times more then the original estimate. I went along with it because by then my walls were torn into, there was dust everywhere.. He said he was going to bring a crew but there was never more then 2 people. He spent 3 half days and charge for what would have been the fee for two weeks. He did almost no cleaning up the dust got into my boiler, I had to replace the boiler. He refused to help pay for that he does not respond to any of my calls. At the end I was wondering if this was really a legit business!

Redline Masonry & Construction was great. They did an excellent job in repairing our stone property retaining wall that is in a lake, and they were friendly and easy to do busyness with.
