A shed installed in under two hours, a garage built over three days, and a screened gazebo assembled in just under seven hours: recent customers describe the range of Reeds Ferry's installation work. The Hudson, New Hampshire company says it manufactures, delivers and installs custom wooden sheds, gazebos, pool houses and garages across New England. Its website describes a 16-acre showroom, in-house crews rather than subcontractors, and a 30-year building warranty. The company says its first design, the American Classic, dates to 1960. Google lists a five-star average from 1,516 ratings. In an August 2026 review, Pat in Windham said the team put up a shed in less than two hours and worked with the customer throughout installation. Another August customer described a three-person crew checking the site, confirming a level base, keeping the area picked up and finishing shortly before 1 p.m. after a 10 a.m. arrival. A May reviewer said the installers checked the desired placement, cleaned the site and explained warranty and service details afterward. Larger buildings have their own customer accounts. An August 2026 garage customer named Jake, Tank and Devin as the core installation team, with Scott providing oversight and two other teams helping during three days of construction. A June customer said a seven-person team assembled a 200-square-foot screened gazebo on their deck in just under seven hours from arrival to departure. An August reviewer buying a second shed said the first was more than 30 years old and still in good shape. Recent Reddit commenters also describe long use and follow-up service. One September 2026 commenter said Reeds Ferry replaced a window 15 years after installation; another said a 12-year-old shed remained in good shape. Those are individual owners' accounts. Cost is a recurring reservation. A September 2026 Reddit commenter recalled paying roughly $8,000 for a painted 8-by-10 shed installed on a gravel bed; another reported about $10,000 for an 8-by-12. A separate commenter called Reeds Ferry pricey and chose Lowe's. The Windham Google reviewer initially objected to the cost but said installation quality made it worthwhile. These amounts describe those customers' purchases, rather than current quotes. Ventilation drew a specific complaint in a July 2025 Reddit post: an owner said their shed became very hot in summer despite two gable vents. In March 2026, another commenter said Reeds Ferry described soffit and ridge vents as an upgrade and questioned the added cost.
