An 8x8 shed, up in an hour and a half. A 16x12, done in about three. A 200-square-foot screened gazebo built on site in just under seven hours, and a garage that took three days and several crews. Speed is what customers write about after a Reeds Ferry install, and one August 2026 reviewer got the explanation from the crew itself: they've worked together long enough that each man knows what comes next without being told. The Hudson, New Hampshire company builds and installs storage sheds, gazebos, pool houses, garages, barns and arbors, and also removes and relocates sheds. Its BBB page carries an A+ and accreditation. Behind that sits an unusually deep file: 854 reviews since 2013 across eight sources, 250 of them in the last six months, and 5 stars across 1,516 Google ratings. The crews are the recurring subject. Reviewers describe a site pre-inspection and a base checked for level before anything goes up, being asked where exactly they want the building placed, a walk-through of doors and warranty at the end, and a yard left without a nail or an offcut in it. One crew in April 2026 kept building through a thunderstorm. Another homeowner filmed the whole build as a time lapse. These buildings appear to last. An August 2026 buyer on their second shed said the first is over 30 years old and still in good shape; another this year said theirs was 23 years old when they sold the house. On Reddit, an owner cited a 30-year warranty and quality materials, and a 2022 New Hampshire thread recommended them for barn-sized work. Two things to raise before ordering. Price is the consistent caveat, in reviews and in Reddit threads alike: one buyer wrote that it "may be a bit more money", a 2024 commenter said a competitor built theirs for several thousand dollars less, though another in the same discussion put the gap at a few hundred. And ventilation is worth settling at design time — an owner posting in 2025 said their shed gets boiling hot in summer and that the two gable vents it came with don't do much, while another in March 2026 was quoted soffit and ridge vents as a paid upgrade and struggled to justify it after the price of the shed. Ask what venting your model includes and what the upgrade costs while you're still choosing options. And check with your town: a 2026 buyer noted they needed a permit.
“Reeds Ferry was great to deal with. Just had to get a permit from the town.”
“I contacted Reeds Ferry and they said its an upgrade to add soffit and ridge vents but I'm having trouble justifying the cost after the cost of the shed.”
“a well constructed reeds ferry shed”
“I have a reeds ferry shed and it gets boiling hot in the summer, It came with two gable vents but it doesn't seem to do much.”
“we had ours built for several thousand dollars less than reeds ferry or eastern”
I would recommend Reeds Ferry Sheds to all my friends and family. The craftsmanship and the guys that installed it exceeded our expectations. Three guys worked nonstop. I was very impressed.
The team was outstanding in every manner. Polite and highly competent, they put the shed up in less then two hours and worked with us throughout the installation. I have dealt with many contractors over the years and this team would rank up there as one of the best. I originally was put off by the cost of the shed but the quality of the installation made it worthwhile! Pat, Windham
We were very pleased with all of the employees 😀. Super professional and fantastic 👏 craftsmanship!
I just had my new shed installed today. I'am very pleased with the shed and how can you not? It is a Reeds Ferry, great designed and built sheds. But the intall team was the best part of this purchase. On-time, right to work, very professional and crushed it out in good time. Steve, Eric, and Jayden (Truck 18) i would want on all my installs in the future. Very happy.
Staff was speedy yet very professional from purchasing to removal and then install
