Wo ordered a lot of loam and the condition was healthy. Was delivered early as well.

I called Regis a month ago to have a part of our lawn filled, leveled and some topsoil put down where a previous owner had a removed a pool. We spoke with a Carrie or Kerry who arranged to have Dave come out and provide an estimate. While it took Dave more than a week to make it out, he explained we wouldn’t need an estimate and could “do it between jobs”. He said the office would be in touch. After a week passed, I called the office who wasn’t aware that Dave had some to estimate the job and said Dave would be back in touch. They explained that the estimate could also be in my spam email, which it was not. The next day someone names Mike called, who also assured me I would have an estimate by end of day. Mike also said they hired new office workers and probably lost my estimate. I explained I worked with a Carrie / Kerry since day 1. Another week passed with no estimate or contact, I reached out to Mike a few days who replied via text, that they were very busy. I have yet to hear or see anything on what I was told is a simple job.

I was so impressed and delighted with the personable and prompt service I received today at Regis where I went to pick out a color and order 7 yards of mulch. Having been a customer of many local establishments over my 20 years in Hudson, this experience was by far the best. The receptionist was welcoming and knowledgeable and the owner Mike made recommendations and gave me pointers on how to keep my beds weed free. The mulch was delivered literally within the hour! I found my new go to landscaping / yard maintenance place! Thanks Mike (and your wonderful sidekick) for all of your help!

Regis did an absolutely fantastic job on our backyard this past fall. They transformed what was left of an above ground pool area (big sand pit) into a built in fire pit and patio area. They added a sitting wall, granite stairs, built in lighting along with redoing an existing patio. They were professional at all times and cleaned the job site after the project was done. Their crew was so friendly, we miss seeing them! I can’t say enough about the project they did for us!
