Sergio and his team completed a full floor to ceiling renovation on my 2 BR / 2 Ba condo in the Boston area and the results were spectacular. The quality of the work, the attention to detail and the price/value couldn’t be beat. Sergio managed the entire project - including pulling permits - and made the entire process as easy as possible. I hired Reliance Construction to perform a complete renovation of my bathroom. Every aspect of the project was handled professionally, from planning, to execution, and today, completion. Among the many high points of working with Reliance was communication. Every question I asked, either by text or email, was answered promptly and completely. When I was uncertain about a choice for any of the finishes (tile, shower doors, etc.), I simply sent the link to Sergio, and he responded. Another outstanding aspect of working with Sergio was the care the crew took. My floors and carpeting were all covered to prevent damage. After each day of work, everything was left clean, and in good order. The tile man, electrician, and plumber were all tops in their trades. Each phase of the job was completed carefully, and on-time. Bottom line: I am truly pleased with the result. My 7 x 8 foot bathroom will be a pleasure to use. I highly recommend Reliance Construction for any home project that you might wish to undertake.

I couldn’t have found a better fit for what I needed with Reliance Construction Inc. From the first time I spoke to Sergio on the phone he was very professional and so punctual. I had looked at other companies but just talking to him I knew he was the type of company I wanted to work with. I also worked with his wife Gaby, she is very detailed and thoughtful. She even helped me with some design choices. I had just moved into my new home and they went above and beyond to make sure I was very happy with everything. Sergio worked with my budget and gave me ideas on how to save money while still getting the quality results I wanted. He is very knowledgeable about material costs, carpentry, electrical and so many more. He designed a beautiful staircase railing for me and it looks amazing. I have gotten so many compliments on it and it has only been two weeks. They also fixed my flooring from very old carpet to a beautiful hardwood floor. Now the house is from 1910. He was able to fix the flooring without me having to change the entire subfloor. It’s very quite now when I step on the floor. Sergio and his wife are a true dynamic duo. I feel very blessed to have found them. You won’t regret hiring them. They go above and beyond to help you with what you want. Most importantly they are very honest and kind hearted.

We wanted to do a master bath renovation and he exceeded expectations. We are more than excited with how the room came out. If we could rate him higher we would. Sergio and team were amazing in ensuring our vision came true and that we stayed on budget. He is extremely reliable, responsive, and talented at what he does. He communicated clearly any issues/concerns and had a resolution ready. They were always on time, stayed late to finish to ensure they stayed on schedule, and put a lot of effort to reduce any disruptions in the home.
