I witnessed the owner of Renew Asphalt Maintenance while he was doing my neighbor’s driveway, and I was honestly disturbed by the way he treated his workers. He was yelling at them, degrading them, and humiliating them in front of the homeowner and nearby neighbors, including myself. There is never a reason to treat people that way. Employees who are learning should be trained with patience and respect, not verbally abused while trying to do their jobs. Watching someone be spoken to like that was uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. A good leader teaches and guides workers , not tears them down in public. Thank you for your response below. This is not a reflection on the beautiful work that was done, but rather the treatment of the employees on this job, which occurred also during quiet periods. Having worked on construction sites I’m fully aware of how loud they can get, but being demeaned and intimidated shouldn’t be a part of it.

Excellent job. Full explanation of the work up front, followed by the cost quote. Then Dan and his crew came on time and did all the work, with great results. So glad we hired Dan/Renew Asphalt Maintenance. We will be doing this again, on a regular schedule.

Late last year Renew Asphalt Maintenance had done work for a couple of neighbors and I was impressed with their work. I reached out to Dan and he was able to come out and provide a reasonable quote for both repair work and actual resealing. The repair work was completed in the Fall and the resealing the following Spring. I'm happy with the overall quality/neatness and Dan was great to deal with. Would highly recommend them!

I recently had Renew Asphalt Maintenance work on my driveway, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. They filled all my driveways cracks with hot rubber and then seal coated the entire surface. The team was professional and efficient, and they explained the whole process clearly before starting. The hot rubber crack filling has made a huge difference at the end of my driveway where it had many cracks. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done.
