One reviewer in 2023 was on their third project with the company; another in 2021 had used it for three separate jobs inside and outside their home. A February 2024 reviewer described a family room and bath addition that grew into a whole-house makeover — new roofing, siding, gutters, front portico, farmer's porch, rear deck and a kitchen expansion. Old houses come up repeatedly, which matters on the Cape. A 2021 reviewer renovating a 1940s Dennis cottage praised attention to detail; another in 2021 with an 1860s house said that when problems surfaced outside the scope of work — inevitable in old houses — the work was explained rather than simply billed. A November 2024 reviewer who bought a home where the previous owners had hidden defects behind bondo and paint said the work was done the right way with no corners cut. Recent work is exterior-heavy: a June 2026 Reddit commenter said the team had just finished their house with new windows, vinyl siding, roof and gutters and had done several other houses in the neighbourhood, at what they judged reasonable prices. A March 2026 reviewer had fifty-year-old concrete steps and crumbling brick stoop replaced, and described the composite carpentry that replaced them as pristine. Two things to note before booking. The record is uniformly positive but modest in size — sixteen reviews, none negative, and only one in the last six months — so there is little to weigh against the praise. And while the company describes itself as a Massachusetts licensed general contractor, it publishes no licence number, and none was verified against the state registry here. Ask for the construction supervisor and home improvement contractor numbers and check them before signing.
