A recent customer said they answered on a Saturday night, came out first thing Sunday morning and got the power back up and running, getting a part from a supplier that was closed for the weekend. A recent customer said Roger picked up on the first ring late in the evening, spent over an hour on the phone walking them through troubleshooting a circuit, then told them exactly what to buy to replace a porch GFCI outlet themselves. The on-site work is just as concrete. These guys are so amazing. I had an issue with my kitchen electric, and they not only talked me through it on the phone, but had someone out to help me within the hour. Rodger and Matt were both so kind and helpful. I’d definitely recommend!
Roger and his team did a great job upgrading my 100amp service to 200amp on my newly purchased home. They were able to fit me in on pretty short notice, and were very fair and honest with their pricing. I will definitely be calling them back for any additional work needed!
If I could give Roger 10 stars I would! We had an issue late in the evening where one of our outlets shut down all of the outlets on the circuit. Roger picked up on the first ring and walked me through the process on the phone for over an hour, telling me exactly how to troubleshoot. He was incredible kind and knowledgeable. I removed the receptacles and checked the outlets myself thanks to Roger’s guidance and emphasis on safety. It was discovered one of the GFCI outlets on our porch was connected to that circuit, and wasn’t working anymore after resetting it. Roger told me exactly what to buy, and again, walked me through step by step. I changed an outdoor gfci myself, and installed the outdoor housing. I cannot thank him enough for the time he took to help me out during off hours, I learned so much and now I’ll be able to take that with me for the next time.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend this company! I reached out for an emergency electrical issue, and they were able to come out the very next day and get everything taken care of quickly and professionally. Their emergency service was also extremely affordable, especially compared to what I was expecting. It’s hard to find a company that is responsive, reliable, does great work, and doesn’t overcharge when you’re in a bind. I really appreciate how quickly they helped me out, and I will definitely be using them for any electrical work I need in the future. Highly recommend!
