Brian came into the project with a wonderful attitude and some great ideas. He faced some challenging issues that he handled skillfully and quickly. Decisions were easy to make because Brian was readily available to discuss ideas, answer questions and he communicated clearly any thoughts or suggestions. He is detailed oriented and anticipated what was needed going forward. The whole team was easy to work with, personable and professional from start to finish. My new kitchen is even better than I anticipated and the things Brian suggested (a radiant heated floor among them!!) make it a pleasure to be in. We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Brian/B-Square Builders. We initially asked Brian to help with some electrical needs, and from there we discussed some cosmetic upgrades and improvements that eventually branched into the kitchen, bathroom, and other living areas of our home. Brian’s widespread knowledge and expertise came across in every ask from us. When we found some surprising features in our house, he explained why things were happening, how to fix them, and/or how to actually improve upon things in the fixes. Brian and his team renovated a condominium for us in Stowe and we are very pleased with the results. They stuck to the budget and were communicative as the project progressed and as issues cropped up (which they inevitably do!). It was our first time going through such a large renovation project, so we appreciated Brian's advice and suggestions as we went along. The end result is much nicer than we expected thanks to that advice. Finally, Brian was patient and diligent in dealing with our HOA, permitting authorities, etc. as needed. He was always just a phone call away. We are pleased with B-Squared Builders and would recommend them for home renovations.
