Rhode Island General Contracting describes itself on BuildZoom as a family-run business serving Rhode Island and southern Massachusetts for the past 20 years, concentrating on new construction, additions and home remodeling. On Angi, the company says Tim has been in and around construction since his first construction job at age 12, in 1987. In a 2018 Angi review, a customer said they reached out to Tim right before Thanksgiving to ask whether the bathroom could be ready before Christmas, and he made it happen. That 2018 customer said Tim provided an update every day on whether the crew would be at the house and what they would be working on. A 2018 Angi customer described the job as done right the first time. A 2018 Angi customer wrote that they were coming to do a fence too. A 2024 Google customer said Tim Casserly never completed the job and owed them money he refused to pay back. That 2024 customer also called the work he did do very poor, and said that when they checked, he had not obtained the proper permit.
