My man cave is complete! Bertrand const. & property management was fantastic! Pricing and timelines were accurate. Ryan and his crew were very professional and their work was high quality. The only issue I had was a scuffed wall while they were moving equipment out. Ryan handled it and it was taken care of before the end of the week. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Bertrand Construction saved my house! My first year in my home yielded many unexpected issues including leaky skylights and wayward ventilation ducts. They came out asap and we’re very professional (and friendly with kids and dogs). They did a very thorough job and I was pleased with the result and pricing. I will definitely be using them for my home improvements, the pictures of their work are beautiful and I am motivated to have them back! I highly recommend them!

Great company to work with

The team did an incredible job! When we contacted Bertrand, it was our goal to make a warm and welcoming playroom for our daughter. Initially, the lower level in our raised ranch was not ideal to be in. While the space was large, it was dark, outdated, and somewhat unwelcoming. We needed to essentially have everything “redone”. After the initial gutting of the room, Brian worked tirelessly to make sure that everything was perfect. After the team had finished renovations (which were done in a very timely manner), the lower level was fully transformed into a beautiful playroom. It’s warm, spacious, polished, and fully modernized. The space now looks incredible and our family loves being in it!
