Richard E White & Sons does septic work, and its website says the business has been around for 45 years and offers 24/7 emergency service. A recent Google customer praised the service and installation and said that, as a small company, it may put you on a waiting list for a bit. A 2026 customer who uses the company for pump-outs said that when a main line to the septic clogged, they were at the house within 15 minutes and done 15 minutes after that. A 2023 customer said they came out on a weekend within a half hour without an extra charge, and praised Jay. A 2023 reviewer said they came out to take care of a septic system the same day. A 2022 customer said knowledgeable staff helped locate the leach field. A 2025 customer said the company pumped a septic tank in the middle of the driveway and left without filling the hole it dug. In that 2025 account, the company came back two weeks later, after several calls, and left the biggest rocks and boulders spread over the driveway.
Best service and installation around. Small company means you may have to wait on a list for a bit, but well worth the wait
We always use them for pump out services. But today had a nasty clogged main line to septic. Called them they where at the house within 15mins and done with the job 15mins after that. Very helpful.

I was very disappointed in this local company, we are nearly neighbors. They pumped our septic tank which happened to located in the middle of the driveway. They left without filling the hole they dug which needed an excavator. After calling them back several times to fill it they came back two weeks later and did a 5 minute spiteful job when I wasnt home. They left all the biggest rocks and boulders spread all over the driveway. We feel very disrespected by this company.
