We were prospective first-time home buyers, looking to relocate to Massachusetts for work. A family friend highly recommended Rich Rosa as a realtor. Rich had been their agent when they were looking for a home during the pandemic and he had helped them negotiate all the ins and out of the market during a time of virtual open houses, too. We can’t even begin to express how fortunate we feel to have had Rich recommended to us and to have had him by our side throughout this whole process. We had never purchased a home before, so we were thankful that he took the time to patiently break down the steps for us. In a highly competitive seller’s market, he coached us on the factors that would make our offers more attractive. He would clearly lay out our options, but the choice was always ours. Never any pressure whatsoever. He took the time to really get to know us, understand our family’s needs, and what we were searching for. Even with all of the challenges of the market right now, he was completely unflappable. He was always calm, confident, and persistent, and this gave us hope that we could find and secure our home. We really looked forward to open houses with him, and learned so much in the process. He has a keen, knowledgeable eye, and he would point out things that it seemed like other buyers’ agents were glossing over. With all of his experience, he also has a circle of trusted contacts. When we needed estimates from mortgage lenders and homeowners insurance companies, Rich provided us with some suggestions of reliable people and companies. As is his practice, there were always several choices, and Rich put the final decision in our hands. All of his recommendations were excellent and it felt like we had a strong team that was pulling for us and was a pleasure to work with, too. In the end, we found our forever home in a lovely community with good public schools and excellent commuting options. The house feels like us, and it’s amazing how at ease we feel here after such a short period of time. We were able to move in and get the kids settled just before the start of the school year, and we’re so excited about celebrating our first holiday season here. We really don’t think this would have been possible without Rich Rosa. He was there for us every step of the way through the closing. It felt like having an advocate who was looking out for us and our family. And we will be forever grateful for his integrity, expert guidance, and sense of humor, too. One of our first visitors to our home said how fortunate we were to find and successfully buy this house.
