Extremely disappointing experience with Ridge Brothers Construction and Matt Ridge. After reporting active roof leaks and water intrusion from a roof their company installed, the response was immediate denial of responsibility before even inspecting the roof. The communication was defensive, argumentative, and lacked professionalism throughout the process. As a homeowner dealing with active leaking and property damage, I expected accountability, urgency, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I strongly recommend homeowners carefully verify permits, workmanship, and post-project support before hiring this company.

Stay away from Ridge Brothers Construction. If you want a roof that starts leaking just 7 years after a full roof replacement, along with an owner — Matt Ridge — who refuses to answer calls and denies the poor installation quality despite clear evidence, then this is the company for you. What is most disappointing is the complete lack of accountability and care for customers while water damage is actively occurring. Homeowners deserve professionalism, responsiveness, and quality workmanship — especially for something as critical as a roof.

We recently had a new roof, gutters and fascia boards replaced with Ridge Brothers. Frank, Matt and their crew were the utmost professionals. The work is exceptional. The team worked very clean and were extra careful with my prized landscaping. Communication through the whole process and attention to detail was very impressive. And they are just nice people!! I would highly recommend this company.
