Highlights
- Fair boiler pricing — a Woonsocket customer called the pricing very fair
- A lower second quote — a water heater customer's second quote came in lower
- Referral model — its site says network contractors handle all installation work
RIHeatingCo does not do the installs itself. Its website says local contractors in its network handle all installation work, and that you decide whether to move forward after seeing the estimate. The site lists Providence, Pawtucket, Cranston, Woonsocket and eleven other towns as its service area. On Google it holds 5 stars from 9 ratings. One customer who already had a water heater quote says RIHeatingCo connected them with a local Providence contractor quickly, the second quote came in lower, and the new water heater was installed the same week. A customer whose Providence boiler system had unsafe CO readings says RIHeating was their second quote, and the tricky basement setup meant the job took two days. A customer referred to Anthony through Minh for a boiler replacement in Woonsocket says Anthony did a professional job and the pricing was very fair.
