Horrible drivers, one of their workers was on his phone and almost caused a massive accident.

Avoid this company if you value reliability and quality care. Initial Review (April 2026):We recently signed on as a new account, expecting a company to put its best foot forward. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. The initial spring cleanup was highly disappointing: Missed treatments: Failed to apply the early pre-emergent treatment. Neglected trimming: Did not trim during the cleanup, leaving grass over 6 inches long in multiple areas.Sloppy work: Edged the property poorly and threw dirt directly over our brand-new mulch. No communication: Continually failed to provide a schedule for upcoming services. Verdict at the time: Terrible so far, but we shall see... Update (August 2026):The service has only grown worse. Over the last few months, they have consistently demonstrated a complete lack of care: Skipped visits: Completely missed scheduled services. Incomplete work: Mowed only half of the property during visits. Reckless mowing: Rushed through the job too fast, leaving visible tire marks across the lawn, grass not cut. Unresponsive: Entirely ignored our attempts to contact them. Avoid this company if you value reliability and quality care.

It would be beneficial for someone to address the matter of adhering to speed limits with their drivers. The driver of vehicle L95-399 today was observed driving at 30 mph in a 45 mph zone between Wrentham and Blackstone, which caused a traffic delay. While it is good that they were not speeding, impeding the flow of traffic can also pose a safety risk.

You should speak to your employees about speeding down Southboro Route 9 especially in a work trucj with your info on it!!
