That same customer said they shopped around and found the price very reasonable. A recent customer had belongings kept in storage, then delivered to a new place, and said the movers helped unpack household items. An interior designer wrote that they regularly use Crowley to receive and deliver furniture to clients. A 2026 customer who moved from New Hampshire to Indiana said every item arrived without any damage. A 2025 customer said Brad and Kyle arrived on time, finished early, and the final bill was slightly less than the quote. A 2025 customer who stored furniture and appliances during a renovation said the final invoice was on budget with the initial quote. In a 2025 review, a customer wrote that two other sets of workers had called a refrigerator too difficult to get up the stairs, and these movers took the doors off and got it up. A recent customer moving a one-bedroom apartment in New Hampshire to a studio apartment in Massachusetts gave one star. That customer said the movers arrived 90 minutes late to a scheduled unloading appointment, a leather recliner was severed in half, and the movers offered $50 to $100 for the damage. The customer also said the recliner was left in the loading dock area instead of being disposed of as promised, and that an email to the company went unanswered.
