I contacted Rudy for a spring cleanup on a Tuesday and he had his crew there on Thursday to do the work! They did a full spring cleanup of my nearly quarter acre lot, including resetting all the garden beds, mulching and general cleanup, fantastic job and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Rudy and his team to anyone looking for landscaping services

Rudy and his crew trimmed large tree branches for us, removed a big, old shrub and its roots, and cleaned up, edged, and mulched our front yard. What a difference! They did a fantastic job, always with a smile, and very easy to work with. Rudy is very professional and communicates and follows up very quickly. Also, his prices are very reasonable. Those guys are amazing! I contacted Rudy as I was in needing of a patio done in my back yard. The patio was done as we discussed!

Buyer Beware! We have used Rudy Juarez at RM Affordable Landscaping in Waltham for a few years and had been satisfied. This Spring one of his employees mistakenly caused irreparable damage to one of the air conditioning units outside requiring us to purchase a new replacement. Rudy recognized his responsibility and was communicative until we reached out to him to work out an equitable solution for us to get paid back for our out of pocket costs (over $2,000). We offered different options to minimize his financial impact-including having him work off the value of what we paid. Despite our outreach, several times over 6 weeks, Rudy went dark without any response to our various texts and calls. We reached out to him again on my wife’s phone which he promptly picked up as he did not recognize the number. We scheduled a day for him to come by and discuss and, while he texted us before he came, he did not get out of his car and left after 5 minutes( leaving within the timeframe he said he would be arriving). We asked him to please come back which was about 3 minutes later and he would not. Rudy continues not to respond to any of our outreach. We think that others should be aware of this lack of response/accountability and consider whether to hire his company given the risk of not getting reimbursed for any possible damage done to their property.
