Excellent work from start to finish. I hired Smart Corp to completely redo my parking lot, and I’m extremely pleased with the result. Once the old asphalt was removed, they discovered soft clay underneath and took the time to excavate the unsuitable material instead of simply covering it up. They installed a substantial new gravel base, compacted everything properly, added a catch basin for drainage, and paved the lot in two asphalt layers. What impressed me most was the equipment, attention to detail, and the way the crew handled unexpected conditions. They used professional paving and compaction equipment, kept me informed throughout the process, and clearly cared about doing the job correctly rather than taking shortcuts. The price was excellent for the amount and quality of work they performed, especially considering the additional excavation, new base material, drainage work, and complete paving of the lot.
