Robinson Tree Service

Every one of Robinson Tree Service's 29 Google and BBB reviews comes in at five stars — from routine trims to storm-damaged pines that nearly hit a house. Keith Robinson owns the Brimfield company, which has been incorporated since 2011 (its site says Robinson himself has more than 20 years in the trade) and holds a Better Business Bureau A+ with accreditation since 2020. It covers tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, crane work and emergency response across a cluster of towns along the MA–CT line: Wales, Holland, Sturbridge, Southbridge, Oxford, Palmer, Warren, Charlton, Dudley, Auburn and Webster. What repeats across the reviews is cleanup: crews are described raking yards, hauling wood chips off driveways, and leaving properties looking like nothing happened except for the missing trees. Several reviewers mention the crew protecting a newly paved driveway or lawn while working close to the house. On pricing, homeowners who shopped multiple quotes — one contacting three companies, another comparing prices for months — say Robinson came in with a detailed written estimate and the most reasonable price of the bunch. A November 2025 review described a same-day response after a storm-damaged pine branch nearly hit a house, with the crew assessing the danger and returning again before a second storm arrived. A handful of reviewers say they've used the company repeatedly over several years, including for firewood and crane or bucket-truck work. Robinson Tree Service reads like a solid call across the board — routine trims, full removals, storm emergencies, or a tight-access job next to a driveway a homeowner doesn't want scratched. Nothing in the record points to a downside worth flagging before booking.
