Rodyben7 Construction LLC

Leaks that other roofers could not find are a recurring story at Rodyben7 Construction, a Stratford, Connecticut roofing and remodeling company. In a July 2023 review, a homeowner whose original roofer and a handyman had both missed the cause said Jairo came out the same day, found an incorrectly done section of roof right above the leak, and came back days later to fix the roof and the ceiling. Google shows 4.9 stars from 68 ratings, and Thumbtack 5.0 from 10. Jairo, named as the owner in a 2022 review, appears by name in eight accounts. In October 2025 a customer said the crew gave up a Saturday, drove to Colrain, and stripped and reshingled a two-layer 2,200 sq ft roof in one day. An April 2024 customer who collected three quotes described a straight-shooting owner, a same-day roof with seamless gutters, progress photos through the day, and roof ties added for future safety. Price comes up favorably again and again: an April 2025 reviewer said they tried five local roofers before Rodyben7 worked with their budget, and another that month said it came in lowest-priced among about six quotes. The work goes past roofs. A January 2024 customer had a neglected back room turned into a mudroom and a damaged chimney fixed; others describe siding, gutters and inside framing, a shed, loose flooring in a short-term rental, and the removal of outdated solar panels in April 2026. One complaint is serious. A June 2022 reviewer who had a warehouse roof installed said the roof leaked, trash was left on site, and Jairo stopped returning calls despite a one-year warranty. The company says it offers free estimates and 24/7 emergency service and is insured, and BBB grades it A+. Rodyben7 Construction LLC holds an active Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0660468.
