We used Hillary and Catherine Rogers and their services are Top-Notch. The number one reason why is because they put you first and really care that the house you buy is the right one for you. Not the right one for them so that they get a quick commission. We had many other realtors and once they saw that we were not going to buy right away we heard from them no more. Hillary and Catherine are in it for the long haul and they are in it for you. That is why I would recommend no other. When you hire a realtor yes, you expect them to understand the craft of their job (executing the steps, what is good advice on offering a price, knowledge of the market, etc) but the intangible - and which IMHO is most important - is how responsive they are to you, how well they field your questions, how much they have patience with your ignorance of the market and properly filling you in, do they really take the time to understand what you want in a home, do they explain all the costs involved before you get hit with them, when the rubber meets the road will they properly and fairly negotiate price on your behalf. These qualities are what you get when you work with Hillary and Catherine and are more of a testament to who they are as people. They love their work, love making people happy and they do so by doing the job right with a high level of integrity.
