Romeros Landscaping and Construction works out of Lynn, on the North Shore, and the jobs people call about are the seasonal staples — yard clean-ups, mulch and sod, hedge and tree trims — plus hardscape work like patios, stone walls, and fencing. The crew answers to more than one first name across reviews (Romero, Roberto, Rigoberto), which fits a family-run shop; a Houzz profile under owner Celso Lopez Romero puts the business at 13 years in the trade, while Angi lists it closer to 8. The volume behind that reputation is real: 44 ratings on Google average 4.8 stars, and 66 on Angi average 4.7, with reviews stretching from 2021 into this year. The same themes turn up on both platforms and in older North Shore directory write-ups alike — crews that show up same-day or next-day, move fast, and leave a clean yard behind, at prices customers keep calling fair. Angi has also flagged it as an Approved Pro for holding that 4.5-plus average the whole time it's been listed. It isn't a spotless record. Alongside the strong average sits at least one account of a job left incomplete, with follow-up calls that went unanswered — a sharp exception against an otherwise consistent run of praise, and worth asking about directly before signing on: get the scope of the work spelled out up front. The last six months have been quiet on the review front, with just one new comment — a brief thank-you about pricing and communication — so there isn't much fresh detail to weigh against the longer history. For routine lawn care or a small hardscape job — a patio, a stretch of fence — this reads as an established, multi-year North Shore option with ratings to back it up. Confirm the job scope and timeline before work starts, and weigh the long review history over any single account either way.

My family and I’s experience was not great, let alone good. We had paid to get part of a tree that has grown over to our backyard cut and a large bush in the backyard. It may have been miscommunication but they only cut about 6 small branches off the tree but it’s still overpowering the backyard- it doesn’t even look like it was cut. Which is crazy. And we paid extra for the large bush, that they have yet to cut! It may have been our fault for paying them early. It has been over a month. We have been trying to get a hold of this company to finish their job, with NO reply back. Terrible service.

Incredible!! The Romeros crew came in! same day! and cleaned up the yard beautifully, removing loads of brush and logs on a day we needed zero noise. They were quiet, fantastic and with a great price. I recommend them highly!!

I can’t praise Romero Landscaping enough for their outstanding work! I called them on a Thursday, and by Sunday, they had completely transformed my 10k+ SF in just three days - all at a very fair price. They worked tirelessly all weekend, starting at 7 a.m. each day, including Sunday, and were always punctual and professional. Rigoberto, the owner, is a veteran and an absolute pleasure to work with - super communicative, responsive, and dedicated to getting the job done right. They even went above and beyond by taking down a huge, horrendous hornets nest and clearing some branches for me. The quality of their work, their commitment to excellence, and their reasonable pricing make them unbeatable. I’m beyond impressed and will definitely be calling Romero Landscaping for all my future landscaping needs! Highly recommend!
