Rosa Design & Construction, LLC

Rosa Design & Construction draws the plans and then builds them. The Milton firm was started in 2017 by Edwin and Eileen, a husband-and-wife team of Dominican immigrants living in the Boston area, and the company says Eileen holds the Massachusetts general contractor licence along with a design degree from PUCMM. It describes itself as family-, immigrant- and Hispanic-owned, with nine years behind it. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #191958, is active on the state registry. Ten permitted projects sit on its BuildZoom profile — Milton, Randolph, Waltham, Somerville, Attleboro and Auburndale — and the work it takes on runs to home additions, renovations, custom homes and small-business spaces. Milton is the service area the company names, while those permits reach well beyond it, so ask early whether your town is on the route and who runs the site day to day once the drawings are done. If you want one firm handling both the design and the build on an addition or a whole-house renovation, this is that shape of company. Ask to walk a finished project nearby, and get the design and construction scopes priced separately in writing before you sign.
