This father and son team did an expensive chimney re-build for me in Sept. of 2015. It was a $6,000 job. The mortar is already falling out and extensive re-pointing is required. I'm told by other masons this kind of job should last at least 30 to 40 years. Needless to say, I am not happy. I hope this company warranties its work and will come and do repair work. I don't want to have to go to Small Claims Court to recover whatever I have to pay a different mason for doing repair work. I have estimates of $1,300 to $3,000.

I'm very disappointed with the results, lack of communication and follow-up on issues. My concrete was poured in August 2024 on a very hot day, reaching 95 degrees. They didn't start working until 2pm and only one person to shape 1000sq ft. This job should have been rescheduled. The owner checked in the next day via text, I mentioned some issues, but he said he stood by his work and not to worry. The owner never viewed the final results in person. After reviewing the patio the next day while it was wet, and only with the worker because the owner didn't show, I was told that the imperfections I saw would fade away or be quickly fixed. I paid the rest in full, not knowing that these blemishes and trowel lines will never fade. The discoloring only got more visible and crazing appeared. I reached out to the owner with photos through text. His response via multiple texts would be that the worker would come over, but then the worker never showed up at the promised times. Terrible lack of communication. After a phone call pleading for them to send someone, the worker did show to cut a needed relief joint. The worker told me to text him after two weeks to address other issues, and then he ignored my several future texts. I learned to live with the crazing, trowel lines and discoloration. But now, after only 1.5 years, I have spalling occurring in several spots. I reached out again to the owner to see if he really stood by his work and would fix this, but he is blaming the concrete company and refusing to fix this at no charge. He said he would contact them and come over to view my issues, but its been over two months and there has been no further communication.
