I called Roto Rooter for a clogged main sewer line at our residence and 45 mins later Manuel, (technician# 1713) arrived right on the time Rooter Rooter quoted. Manuel was very professional, respected our property by working very clean, quickly evaluated the situation, got to work and removed the clog in the main straight away which turned out to be roots. All is good now and we are happy! Roto Rooter is lucky to have such an outstanding employee and he deserves a raise in pay!
They came on time and gave me a price before starting a job, but I think their services are expensive given that it is a 20-25min job.
Ricardo was excellent. It was a late night call. He got here pretty quick. Found us the best solution with the least amount of mess. Very knowledgeable. Walked us through every step. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. The technician arrived promptly, was professional and courteous, and quickly figured out the garden drainage system despite my limited ability to help. He thoroughly cleaned the pipe, removed the obstruction and restored proper water flow, just in time for the nor'easter! The cost was perhaps a little high, but I appreciate that expertise, specialized equipment and immediate availability come at a price. Overall, a very positive experience. This is a company you can confidently call, knowing they will do their best to leave with the problem resolved. Thank you!
