Roux Family Moving carries an F from the Better Business Bureau. The bureau ties that grade to two complaints filed against the business and to its not answering them. It's a small operation — a two-employee sole proprietorship run by Michael Roux, listed with the BBB as Roux's Family Moving of Salisbury. The customer comments on that profile run negative. Anyone weighing a local move here should start with those two complaints: ask Michael Roux what they were about and how each one was settled. Get the crew size, the hourly rate, any travel charge and the insurance coverage in writing before moving day, and ask for a couple of recent customers you can call.
