A recent Google review about generator maintenance and repair called the tech knowledgeable and said there was no wait time. A 2023 customer said Rowan was reachable on the phone and provided prompt service for a problem with their standby generator. That 2023 customer said John, who came to the house, talked them through his troubleshooting, found the fix and gave advice to prevent future problems, and thought the pricing was fair. A 2021 customer said the company never came for an appointment it had committed to.
Great knowledgeable tech . No wait time. Old school professional. Generator maintence/ repair.
For some reason, all contractors (plumbers, carpenters, etc.) in this area tend to be non-responsive and are known to occasionally be no shows. But Rowan was reachable on the phone and provided prompt service. I was particularly impressed with the knowledge level and professional manner of the person that came to my house (John). He patiently talked me through his troubleshooting of the problem with my standby generator, found the fix, and provided helpful advice to prevent future problems. I also thought their pricing was fair. Without a doubt, Rowan will be my "go to" contractor for my electrical needs.
