Roy's Masonry

Roy's Masonry is an Avon business built around stonework and hardscaping — patios, retaining walls, paver installs, and brick and stone masonry repair, per its Houzz listing. The one written account on file, a 2017 Houzz review, cuts two ways: the customer said the masonry itself turned out well, but described Roy as rude and belligerent toward her spouse during the job, and said it wasn't worth it because of how he treated them. With only that single account to go on, it's worth asking directly — before booking — how a job actually runs day to day and who you'll be dealing with on site, since the concern here is about how the work was handled, not the finished stonework itself.
