I had a very good experience worked with this company. They changed my roof in a day yesterday with 7 to 8 people in a day. The job is well done, and no any mess left in my yard or drive way. The price is reasonable and the contractor is the person who you can be really comfortable to work with, and total unlike these contracts I had experienced before in my life, and I even think that no contractor can be trusted. Thanks Royal company.

Great company and excellent service. I reached out and discussed the leak I was having. Roger came out walked around the house, explaining what he was looking for and at every step of the way. He spent the time with me going over the various options for our new roof. We actually opted for the more expensive Landmark Pro option (50 year warranty on the shingles) which ended up being around $600 dollars more but for a major purchase that I don't have to worry about for the next 25 years or so I felt it was worth it. Also I wanted to make sure that I was hiring someone I trusted and someone who would stand behind their workmanship no matter what. Royal Roofing ticked all of those boxes. You cannot go wrong by hiring this company. And ask for Roger as your sales guide. He is tremendous and in two days I has a new roof.

When I met with Roger in early June he was very responsive during the quote process, but as soon as the contract was signed he just about fell off the face of the earth. I tried calling, leaving voicemails, texting, and emails... but out of the several attempts, I was only able to connect with Roger once during the two month span I have been waiting for the roof to be completed. The timeline of when I would receive my new roof was ever-increasing and it has become apparent that this wait has no end in sight. If Roger cannot actually find the time do the work he has been contracted to do, he should let his customers know instead of dragging us on indefinitely. I have cancelled the work and am going with another roofer, who will be coming this same week to complete my roof, whereas Roger has kept me waiting for 2 months at this point.

My husband and I are very impressed with Roger and his hardworking team. They did an amazing job on our roof. They were quick, the quality of the job was above our expectation and the cost was very reasonable! We would recommend them to anyone and we'd hire them again!!

Like many home owners, we did research and called several roofing companies then selected Royal. The reasons we selected Royal are, Roger is true roofing guy that he knows his business from bottom to top and the most professional written purpose ever seen. Also, he only charges one third when we signed the contract and the rest of money when his job is done. I must say that I never have seen anyone work so hard than Roger and his crews (over 90F heat)!
