Royal Epoxy Floors, LLC is a Kingston flooring contractor offering concrete floor coating application; HomeAdvisor says the company reports six years of experience. The work described there is a specialized epoxy-style floor-coating service. The written customer history is small but pointed. In an April 2024 Google review, a homeowner said a promised three-day reflective-basement-flooring job became a 30-day disaster and required another company to finish it. A February 2023 reviewer likewise said they did not recommend Royal Epoxy LLC after an unfinished basement-flooring project that stretched from three days to four weeks. The headline Google rating is 4.5 stars from 18 ratings, but the two detailed reviews available here are both one-star complaints. That gap deserves direct questions before booking: who will complete the work, what milestones define the schedule, and what happens if the floor is unfinished? Royal Epoxy may fit a homeowner seeking epoxy or concrete floor coating, provided the scope, timeline, completion terms, and refund policy are written down first.
