Brian helped me on short notice when my cat decided to get stuck behind the pantry. Worked to get a solution with minimal destruction and the cat made it.
Brian did a fantastic job rebuilding the support structure for my elevated sunroom. I felt confident that the project was in good hands thanks to his attention to detail and frequent communication. The quality of work really impressed me! I'll definitely be reaching out to him for future projects.
I have a house built in 1910 and a mudroom/porch built in the 1970's. The mudroom was hideous.I needed a carpenter that had a love of historic properties and excellent finish carpentry skills. Brian's quality is amazing. He did all of the wood trim, floors, stairs, handrail, and paint. The porch now looks better than any other room in the house. He exceeded expectations! .
Excellent work and communication. Will absolutely work with him again in the future.
I had initially reached out to Brian to get a quote on completely replacing my rotting front stairs & door. He explained all of the possible scenarios we could come across based on the first visit, and what we could have to revise based on the building inspectors input. I was kept in the loop for every step of the process while we were anxiously waiting for the approved building permit. His attention to detail and pride in his work is second to none. After every day, details of the work completed (as well as pictures) were sent to us. As demolition started, some additional concerns were uncovered, and he was prompt to explain our options and any possible alternative solutions. Brian is a master of his craft and will treat your property as if it were his own; I would encourage anyone researching contractors to call Royce Works.
