RT Relocation

The crew, Leandro, Mauro, Hamilton, Fred, Marcos, and Carlos are all amazing. Thank you!

We had a great experience with RT Relocation during our military move and full household pack-out from June 15–17. Hamilton, Alisson, Nathan, Marcos, Bersani, and Pedro were an outstanding crew. The entire process was quick, smooth, and extremely well organized. They were very understanding of our needs and courteous when it came to how we wanted certain items handled and packed. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing, and honestly, it was pretty amazing to watch how efficiently they worked together while packing up an entire house. With all the chaos that comes with moving a whole household, there was only one hiccup. Our washer and dryer were accidentally missed, which we noticed about an hour after the crew had left. I contacted RT Relocation, and they immediately worked with us to correct it. The washer and dryer were picked up the following morning and added to the truck without any additional headache for us. What stood out the most was how professional, courteous, and accommodating everyone was throughout the entire process. They listened to our needs, took care with our belongings, and made what could have been a very stressful few days go incredibly smoothly. A huge thank you to Hamilton, Alisson, Nathan, Marcos, Bersani, and Pedro for all of their hard work. Based on our experience, I would absolutely recommend RT Relocation to anyone preparing for a household move.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently hired this company for our office relocation, and they did an excellent job. The team was professional, efficient, and handled everything with great care. From moving countless boxes and file cabinets to disposing of unwanted furniture, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We were especially impressed with how carefully they treated our office equipment and furnishings. Highly recommend for any office move! Our thanks to the crew, Leandro, Maruo, Hamilton, Carlos, Ernane, Alisson, Mateus, Vitor and Natanael!

Leandro was great, no complaints there. But boy oh boy, buyer beware... Angela, a sales agent, will upsell your clueless husband to overestimate by double! And then when you go to move, you have two box trucks for 1 box truck worth of items and all the sleepless nights you had the week leading up to your move day, to decrease your load because of Angela's shady business dealing, will have been for nothing! Nevermind the thousands of dollars you'll need for fixes and furniture that you won't have because it's in Angela over at RT Relocation's pocket - because she told your man that "nobody has that low number of boxes" and "better to overestimate" because you'll "get refunded". You won't get refunded! You'll get charged for it ALL a couple days before, when youre in over your head, and then... it's too late. Your money is theirs. You've already been charged $2800 to move a mile up the road for half of what you paid for, and if you call, they'll shrug and say sorry. The day of my move with this company will forever be seared into my mind as the most overpriced diesel truck refuel for an empty truck. If you want more than 1 star, maybe try training your staff to not prey on customers with misleading, unclear information.

Great service and very fast. Safe, polite, and ask good questions. Highly recommend. Hamilton was a very nice and smart.
