Tom Young was on Tom, communicated regarding schedule and details of the job, was neat and tidy, and did a great job with the installation paying close attention to the details. I am thrilled with the job he did.

The TLDR: Our new stair runners look gorgeous and most importantly, make our horrible, steep, murder stairs SAFER! If you live in RI or south coast Mass, definitely make this place your first stop. We had a fantastic experience with Ruggieri. The sales floor is HUGE, and the staff kindly allowed us to browse (so much to choose from) for as long as we needed. There's a lot to be said for allowing folks to roam around and shop, before bombarding them with questions about what they want, current sales promotions, etc. Ruggieri staff definitely understand this concept! You will not be followed around and pressured for a sale, but you won't be ignored as if your money's no good here lol. Gotta love that. Our sales person was super. We were steered away from several carpet options that would not work for us (stair runner and pets) and educated on the final selections before us. The installer was just the BEST. Keith Major, you're a gem! Keith felt like family by the time he left our home, what a great guy. I can't say enough about him, just fantastic.

This company offered a very broad selection of carpets and Colleen was helpful with guidance and supplying samples. We replaced all the house wall to wall carpets. Professional installers Mark and Jimmy did an outstanding job and were a pleasure to work with. Great job, thank you all.

Everyone that I have ever worked with at this company over the past few years has been extremely professional and have great customer service skills. I have been working with Diane over the past month to purchase area rugs for my recently renovated home. She convinced me to take some area rugs home and try them out. This was the best advice. I ended up purchasing several rugs and I couldn’t be happier with my purchases. Thank you to all the staff at Ruggieri’s. You are the very best!

Aggressive driver with license plate 73737 representing your company almost backed into me in a parking lot and was gesturing at me in an uncomfortable manner after acting as if I was in the wrong. When I called to express my concern the person on the phone was polite but did nothing to reassure me this situation would be adressed with the employee. The way you allow your drivers to interact with people on the road is a direct reflection of your business when your company logo is plastered over your car. Not sure the driver realized she would then be following me to her client which is my neighbors house which is where the photo is taken. You cannot hire drivers who drive aggressively or refuse to check their surroundings when backing up.
